Superior Court of Justice of Lima, Peru’s Judicial Branch (Lima, Peru, 26-28 November 2025), First International Congress on Cybercrime and New Criminal Trends. Delivered a presentation on relevant aspects EL PACCTO’s Model Law on Artificial Intelligence and Crime and major trends and examples on crimes committed and assisted by AI and investigative challenges to an audience of 950 participants from police, public prosecutors, judges and magistrates and staff in both, presential and online.

EL PACCTO 2.0. EU-LAC Partnership on justice and security (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 7-9 October 2025) Second Bi-regional meeting on regulatory development and regional Artificial Intelligence”. Participated as speaker in the presentation of EL PACCTO’s Model Law on Artificial Intelligence and Crime and moderated a panel on ‘the evolution of crimes assisted by Artificial Intelligence’ as part of the official launch of EL PACCTO’s report Weaponizing Artificial Intelligence: How AI Reshapes the World of Organized Crime before an audience of 120 participants from EU institutions and criminal justice authorities of countries of Latin America and the Caribbean.

Academy of European Law (ERA) (Lisbon, Portugal, 5-6 June 2025), “Artificial Intelligence and ‘Smart’ Criminal Justice Systems”. Delivered a presentation on “the use of AI to counter organized crime. Where do we stand?” to an audience of 80 participants from 44 countries of EU and 16 Non-EU countries.

(Bridgetown, Barbados, May 12-13, 2025) “Workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation in Criminal Justice”. Participated in a panel on Artificial Intelligence (AI) legislation and Strategies and presented recent trends and crimes committed and enabled by AI and EL PACCTO’s initiative regarding the Model Law on Artificial Intelligence and Organised Crime and moderated the final wrap-up session of this workshop.

Participated in the presentation of EL PACCTO’s initiative regarding the Model Law on Artificial Intelligence and Organised Crime and moderated a panel on ethical, gender and transparency considerations in the development of legislation on Artificial Intelligence before an audience of 60 participants from EU institutions and criminal justice authorities of countries of Latin America and the Caribbean.
